The US has always enjoyed the most content free of any restrictions and limitations since the modern age, and it is still going strong, unfortunately.
Unless you are currently residing in the US, there is so way to access Hulu Plus, Hulu’s streaming service, or even watch HBO Go which is HBO’s streaming service.

How to get a US iTunes account in New Zealand?
It is pretty straightforward, but here is a step-by-step guide that can be followed very easily.
1. First of all, open your iTunes and Log out of the iTunes store account by clicking the option on the top right 
side.
2. Now you want to move to other international iTunes stores so simply click on the flag icon on the bottom right-hand side or click on the Change Country text at the very bottom of the page.
3. Then you will want to select the United States iTunes store.
4. Once you are in there, what you want to do is find a free app, this is very important, do not simply make a new account, find a free app and download it.
5. Then a new prompt will appear asking to either make a new account or log in with another one, select Make New Account here.
6. Fill in all the details, the password, security question and whatnot.
7. In the next step, you will be asked to provide a payment method, and unless you have a US credit card (international doesn’t work either), you will be blocked. Select the last “None” option here and move on to the next step. You will not get the any option if you have selected a paid app, so it is very important you choose a free app in step 4.
8. Congratulations, you now the proud(?) owner of a US iTunes account.
You will be able to download any free app straight away, but if you need to buy paid apps, then you will need to purchase a US iTunes gift card.
You can do so from any number of different websites including e-bay, amazon others. You won’t be able to register any of your local or even international credit cards because the billing address will make you ineligible.
Plus most of the time you can get pretty good deals and buy these iTunes cards at a slight discount.
The best part is that there is no need for any third party software as you would need while trying to access another region’s streaming service, the US Netflix library for example.
